The original software was developed during the Dot.com era. Industry best practices for digital products is to have a redesign every 4-5 years, so this software was long overdue. Similar to a lot of long-overdue digital products, one of the primary problems is feature overload. This is the main problem we aimed to solve in this project.
Our solutions include introducing progressive disclosure, reducing redundant workflows, and redesigning the software into a responsive web app.
