Understanding who you are, where you want to go, and who might be viewing your headshot, such as a hiring manager, helps us tailor your professional headshot to meet your exact needs.
This step also ensures that both you and our team are aligned on the success criteria for a great headshot. These criteria may include your head and body position, your attire, the background, optimal lighting, and other factors. For instance, a corporate headshot may differ significantly from an actress' headshot.

After our consultation call, we will need 5-8 photos that show a clear view of your face. These photos should have decent lighting, with you facing the camera and nothing obstructing your face. No hat, or a hand blocking your face. A slight angled is fine, but not too much.
If you don't have 5-8 photos and you live in Toronto or the GTA, we can take the photos for you!
Rest assured, this is the most "labour intensive" step for you. We believe it's still far less hassle than going to a physical photo shoot and paying hundreds of dollars.
After receiving your 5-8 photos, we will then design and develop your professional headshot, guided by the success criteria we established together during our consultation (Step 1). This deposit ensures we can dedicate the necessary time and resources to deliver exceptional results. The remaining 50% is only due upon completion and serves as our guarantee of your satisfaction. With our FAMGO policy, if you’re not happy with your headshot, you’re not obligated to make the final payment.
